Quality Assurance (QA) is a key element in providing premier support to our clients. DV United believes that QA is not a task that is performed at the end of an effort but is integrated into the way that we conduct business.
We do not believe that you can "test or QA quality into a product" at the end of an effort — which is the most expensive time to discover errors and to correct them. We build QA into our processes at the beginning of the effort so that the "QA" that many companies only perform at the end of an effort, for us represents only a final compliance check.
