In the Joint Venture (JV), there are thirty-five small businesses. DV United is a Manager-Managed Joint Venture that is lead and managed by two SDVOSB entities, Alyn Group Technology, Inc. (AGT) and The Dalton Gang, Inc. (TDG).
Each Member of the Joint Venture have successfully worked together in the past on multiple engagements. For every member of the DV United Team there is no more than “one degree of separation” among the other members of the Team.
The DV United Team has brought together a true team of companies that have a proven track record of working together and providing value-added services to our clients.
The DV United Team has been carefully structured, selecting each joint venture member company for their strengths and capabilities building a joint venture with varying skills and proficiencies expanding the joint venture expertise.
